The below is an example of what a client is looking for in terms of data output. QSP is the question in the survey

Routing 1/3

• resp ID

• product purchased in QSP1

• product purchased in QSP2 as substitution to the one purchased in QSP1

Routing 2/4

• resp ID

• first product purchased in QSP1

• second product purchased in QSP1

• product purchased in QSP3 as substitution to the first purchased in QSP1

• product purchased in QSP4 as substitution to the second purchased in QSP1

Findability module (for any routing):

I need information what SKU was included in the module:

• Resp ID

• first SKU number for which findability module was done

• second SKU number for which findability module was done

• third SKU number for which findability module was done

and then for every SKU for which the module is done:

• Resp ID

• SKU marked on 1st attempt

• SKU marked on 2nd attempt

• SKU marked on 3rd attempt

• time to make 1st selection

• time to make 2nd selection

• time to make 3rd selection

• time to make final correct selection

• total time spent in the findability module for that SKU

• correct selection (at least in one out of 3 attempts)

• incorrect selection (in all 3 attempts)
