SKU

This refers to the product used on the shelf. Meaning that any product on the shelf needs to have a number and counted as a SKU, even if we have the same product but with different versions of the same product and/or concept, then we will always have a SKU for this version.

SRP / MRP

Shelf Ready Packaging, is basically the box / container that the products are transported in and is used as part of the branding on the shelf.

BAY

A bay is the set of products to be displayed on this one group of shelfs. For instance, a bay is always made up of the same number of shelfs that are set at the same location and where the products all align on the same shelf correctly.

CELLS / POGS / Scenarios

Cells, POGs, scenarios are the unique shelf exercises. This relates to the setup been tested, for instance, we can have 3 cells. Cell-1 has current product design/layout, cell 2 has the new design/layout and cell 3 is the 3rd rout. This naturally, is down to the project specification and number of designs / pricing been tested.
